Custom Industrial Chillers
When a standard industrial chiller cannot meet the required temperature, cooling capacity, fluid conditions, installation space or production-equipment interface, KANSA can configure a custom process cooling system around the actual application.
Custom process chiller solutions can be developed from KANSA's existing air-cooled chillers, water-cooled chillers, low-temperature chillers, oil chillers and cutting-fluid coolers. Cooling capacity, temperature range, pumps, tanks, heat exchangers, controls, materials and physical layout can be selected or modified according to the process requirements.
Custom Cooling System Built Around Your Process
The starting point for a custom industrial process chiller is not the chiller itself, but the machine or process that needs temperature control.
KANSA evaluates the heat load, required fluid temperature, flow and pressure, cooling medium, operating environment and installation conditions before defining the industrial cooling system.
Custom process cooling can be developed for equipment such as:
- Plastic extrusion lines, injection molding machines and molds
- CNC machine tools and machining centers
- Reactors, mixing tanks and jacketed process vessels
- Printing presses, rollers and finishing equipment
- Food processing machines and bakery equipment
- Industrial production and testing equipment
The objective is to match the cooling system to the process rather than forcing the process to fit a standard chiller configuration.

Submit Your Custom Cooling Requirements
Send KANSA your process description, equipment specifications, required temperatures, cooling medium, flow and pressure, installation conditions and available electrical supply.
Drawings, equipment specifications, process diagrams or existing cooling-system information can also be provided to help evaluate the required configuration.
